The Fermentista supports farmers by using seasonal produce to make lacto-fermented vegetables. Products include sauerkraut, cucumber pickles, salsa, hot sauce, and a variety of pickled veggies. Everything is seasonal to our PNW region and all of the produce comes from the real heroes, our local farmers (including Wild Roots).
